Care instructions:
*After use wash with warm soapy water.
*Wipe off excess water and allow to air dry.
*Once a month, wipe entire board with mineral oil or a cutting board conditioner.
*Never soak in water, wash in a dishwasher, or dry in oven or microwave.
*Only use sharp knives and never serrated blades.
